    Horeca Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow the company\'s HORECA sales channel, particularly within the drinks and beverage category.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, clubs, and bars.
    • Drive sales strategy, lead negotiations, and close deals with HORECA clients.
    • Identify business opportunities and partnerships to increase brand visibility and revenue.
    • Conduct regular visits to clubs, bars, and nightlife venues to develop new business and maintain relationships.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Ensure high standards of product presentation and brand compliance at all outlets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and activations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in a HORECA or B2B sales role within the drinks and beverage category.
    • Strong network and familiarity with clubs, lounges, and nightlife venues.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field is an advantage.
    • Must be willing to travel and conduct frequent on-site client visits.
