Job Summary

• We are seeking passionate and dedicated Home Lesson Teachers to join our team at EduPoint. As a Home Lesson Teacher, you will work closely with students in their homes to provide personalized one-on-one instruction, support their learning journey, and help them achieve academic success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one lessons with students in their homes based on their individual learning needs and goals.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
• Provide timely feedback, assessments, and progress reports to students and parents/guardians.
• Help students prepare for exams, develop study skills, and improve subject comprehension.
• Encourage a positive learning environment, motivation, and confidence in students.
• Communicate effectively with EduPoint's platform for scheduling, tracking lessons, and reporting progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a teacher, tutor, or educator in the relevant subject(s).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering students to reach their full potential.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' diverse learning needs and styles.
• Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes for lessons.
