    HOD, Payattitude Business

    Job Objective(s)

    • Achieve income budget.
    • Ensure usage and increase in market share of the Payattitude card scheme.
    • Ensure usage and increase in market share of Payattitude digital

    Duties & Responsibilities
    CORE Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow usage of all Payattitude digital services with different financial institutions across all channels.
    • Negotiate/sign agreement with financial institutions for all Payattitude businesses.
    • Ensure timely project implementation and execution.
    • Grow Payattitude acceptance across all traditional channels (ATM, POS, WEB, Agency, P2P) in financial institutions.

    OTHER Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the department.
    • Grow market share for the Payattitude digital (Mobile/USSD) across all financial institutions
    • Develop innovative solutions and products tailored to specific needs of the markets.
    • Manage and deepen existing relationship with clients to increase the share of wallets of the clients.
    • Monitor and ensure all projects initiated internally and externally are completed to specification and within the set time frame.
    • Ensure staff appraisals, team meetings, and personal development programs are in place for the team.
    • Ensure that departmental-based costs are kept in check with the approved budget.
    • Prepare monthly/weekly reports for management showing the various income lines.
    • Carry out HR related duties at the departmental level.
    • Budget planning and management

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • First University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any related field.
    • A master's degree or marketing or card related professional qualifications are an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Relevant experience of successfully managing and motivating a team.
