    HMO / Client Relations Officer

    Job Summary

    • The HMO/Client Relations Officer will manage daily HMO operations, ensuring timely approvals, accurate billing, and excellent client service delivery across all touchpoints.

    Responsibilities

    • Obtain and track HMO approvals promptly.
    • Ensure accurate billing and claims processing.
    • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending requests.
    • Liaise with service units to resolve client issues efficiently.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed.
    • Support reconciliation and timely invoice roll-out.
    • Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
    • Must reside in Warri, Delta State or its environs.
