Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced HMO/Billing Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims filing and related processes using various systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage claims filing and processing
- Utilize various systems for claims management
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HMO, Hospitals, or Pharmatech Companies in Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of claims filing and processing procedures.
- Proficiency in using various systems for claims management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
