High Call Volume Telesales Executive For A Reputable Ecommerce Company in Lekki Phase 1

We are searching for an organized, attentive High Call Volume Telesales Executive to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks as shown below. The ideal candidate may have bank teller experience and can resume work this month.

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment.
• Accurately process customer  sales orders.
• Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud and maximise delivery rate.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders and resolving customer concerns.
• Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.Interact routinely (telephone and email) with Customers, Sales Team, Distributors and Warehouses.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Develop new business opportunities, solve logistical problems and produce new solutions.
• Handle outgoing calls to  sell products to prospective customers or clients
• Explain, advise on and promote our products and services to customers

       Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures

We are looking for a candidate who fulfills these requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• OND/NCE in any field with a minimum of Lower Credit and MERIT respectively.
• Must not be more than 27 years old.
• High level of accountability.
• Efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Exceptional time management.
• Bank Teller background is surely a plus
• Communication and customer service skills.
