Job Description

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Headmaster to provide academic and administrative leadership for our primary school in Okitipupa Ondo State.
• The ideal candidate will oversee daily school operations, ensure high teaching standards, and foster a positive learning environment for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and administration of the school
• Supervise teachers and non-teaching staff
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation and academic excellence
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and pupil performance
• Maintain discipline and a safe learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and school owners
• Organize staff meetings, training, and school programs
• Ensure compliance with education regulations and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of B.Ed / B.A / B.Sc with PGDE and TRCN is a plus
• At least 5 years teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian primary school curriculum
• Ability to manage staff and pupils effectively
• Computer literacy is compulsory
• Passion for education and child development.
