Head, Sales Development
The Head, Sales Development is responsible for driving sales effectiveness, route-to-market excellence, trade execution, sales capability development, and the deployment of sales technology across the organization. A key focus of the role is to ensure effective Trade Activation, RTM strategy and execution, Capability Development, and SFA/DMS implementation and adoption and other relevant functions.

Salary: 1.5M

Requirements:

• MSc/MBA & Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field. 
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Sales, Sales Development, Commercial Excellence, Route-to-Market, Trade Marketing, or a related function. 
• Minimum 7 years in a managerial/senior leadership role. 
• Proven experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or a similarly structured commercial environment. 
• Demonstrated experience in RTM optimization, trade activation, sales capability development, and SFA/DMS implementation. 
• Strong experience in sales analytics, performance management, and commercial process improvement.
