Provide strategic project management leadership and guidance on all technical, engineering, and development matters.
Lead the development of work packages based on preferred development and contracting strategy as well as lead the selection and supervision of pre-development, EPC, and non-EPC contractors.
Manage and integrate project timelines across the LNG plant, gas supply pipeline and LNG delivery virtual pipeline facility, to ensure synergy and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with engineering consultants, environmental experts, permitting specialists, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
Develop and oversee project documentation, including feasibility reports, preliminary designs, execution roadmaps, risk registers, and stakeholder maps.
Provide interface management among multiple work streams (engineering, permitting, commercial, etc.).
Facilitate value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk analysis.
Advise Executive management on key project decisions, budgeting, and timelines.
Establish a project control framework including scope, time, cost, and quality management systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical, gas processing specialization is preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in gas processing or a related industry.
The ideal candidate should possess a robust academic and professional background in Gas Processing Engineering, along with extensive experience managing large-scale energy infrastructure programs from pre-development to execution planning and implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
