Entrepreneurial Empowerment Center (EEC) & Loyalty Program Planner at Springrock Group

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, and execute masterclasses, workshops, webinars, and seminars for the merchant community.
2. Manage the organisation’s loyalty program, ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and growth.
3. Promote products, services, and features to merchants and prospective partners.
4. Collaborate with finance and business development teams to deliver financial solutions and interventions.
5. Coordinate events, manage budgets, and engage with vendors and service providers.
6. Drive awareness and utilization of the EEC and Loyalty Program to strengthen merchant success.

Requirements 

1. Experience in customer service, education, or a related role.
2. Strong planning, organizational, and event management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service software.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven with a passion for service delivery.
