    Head, People & Growth Officer (HPGO)

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to support business growth and client needs.
    • Lead the business development efforts for HR advisory services and recruitment solutions.
    • Drive the implementation of a Training & Innovation Program by February 2025.
    • Oversee and improve employee engagement, culture transformation, and performance management.
    • Revamp the payroll structure for all subsidiaries by mid-February 2025.
    • Develop and roll out a Career Progression Framework and Promotion Policy by January 2025.
    • Launch three Employee Engagement & Culture Transformation Initiatives by February 2025.
    • Establish an HR Calendar for all activities within the year by January 2025.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 8-12 years of HR leadership experience in consulting, advisory, technology, or outsourcing industries.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus.

    Key Competencies:

    • Strategic HR leadership and talent management.
    • Business development and client relationship management.
    • Negotiation and stakeholder management.
    • Financial acumen and cost-efficient HR operations.
    • Performance management and employee engagement strategies.
    • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
