The Head of Technical will lead and oversee all technical operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of products/services, continuous improvement of systems and processes, and alignment with organizational goals.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical team (engineers, technicians, and specialists).
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects and systems.
Develop and enforce technical standards, processes, and best practices.
Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical operations with business goals.
Manage maintenance and upgrade of equipment, machinery, or technical tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.
Analyze project data and performance to drive innovation and efficiency.
Mentor and train technical staff to build a high-performing team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical) Master's is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical/engineering leadership role.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
