We are currently seeking aHead of Supply Chain to oversee all aspects of our business supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing and logistics.
The Head of Supply Chain will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate must be commercially minded, with proven results, driven by a passion for operational excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency. This role combines strategic leadership and hands on operational control. The successful candidate shall report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the restaurant’s growth objectives
Ensure the supply chain operations supports profitability, scalability, and consistent product availability across all restaurant segments
Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Build strategic supplier partnerships to secure quality and reliable products, whilst ensuring cost efficiency.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Negotiate long-term supplier agreements that hedge against inflation, currency fluctuations, and supply disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to deliver on business goals.
Establish vendor performance scorecards and drive supplier development initiatives.
Design inventory control frameworks that balance working capital efficiency with operational reliability.
Lead the adoption of supply chain technologies (ERP, inventory tracking, demand planning tools).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related business discipline (MBA or professional certification in Supply Chain is an added advantage).
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, Retail or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-site supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
