Head of Solar Engineers

Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent Head of Solar Engineer to lead and supervise field technicians in executing high-quality solar system installations and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians
- Plan and oversee solar installation projects from start to finish
- Conduct quality control checks on installations
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are adhered to
- Interface with clients during and after installation
- Report project progress and challenges to management.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- 4+ years’ experience in solar installation and team supervision
- Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of solar equipment, inverters, and electrical systems
- Good communication and project management abilities.
