    Head of Sales (Media Communications)

    • Develop and execute a road map to improve company’s revenue vis-a-viz resource management and utilization
    • Management of P&L and responsibility for delivery on annual budget
    • Attracting and closing new deals
    • Drive change and build a culture that’ll result in a positive, successful and inspired organization
    • Direct internal operations to achieve budget performance and other financial criteria, as well as deploying strategies and innovations towards the corporate strategy.
    • Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, thereby solidifying team engagement and execution excellence.
    • Develop and establish operating policies consistent with the SLT’s broad policies and objectives by ensuring their adequate execution.
    • Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically with constant reporting effected through the Zoho ERP.
    • Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with the automation of the business operations using ZohoOne, other technological tools, etc.

    Requirements

    • At least 7 years experience in digital media and communications
    • Knowledge of data analysis tools and communication management
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures in regulated communications
    • Familiar with CRM and lead generation tools
