Job Summary

• The Head of Sales and Marketing will drive the marketing and outreach efforts for the care home, focusing on promoting its services to prospective clients, healthcare professionals, and the community.
• With a strong background in healthcare, the candidate will use their clinical knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate the care home\'s value, services, and care standards.
• The role involves developing marketing strategies, fostering relationships with referral sources, and educating potential clients about the care home\'s services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the healthcare settings will be an advantage.
• Bachelor\'s degree in nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), healthcare management or a related Biological/Life Science field. A marketing qualification or training is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of healthcare services, patient care, and the care home industry.
• Experience in marketing, healthcare outreach, or community engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
