    Head of Sales and Marketing

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Sales & Marketing at Goldline Nigeria Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily sales operations, account management, team management, and sales management.
    • Discover new markets for the company’s services; develop strategies to increase company’s market shares in new and existing markets.
    • Shall have the responsibility to put the company at the cutting edge of the use of modern technologies, particularly internet and social media to achieve highest possible exposures; and possesses the ability to initiate and execute transactions as well as satisfactorily manage customers on these new platforms.
    • The group head of sales & marketing (GHSM) must be attuned with latest market trends in terms of customers’ expectations, producers’ disruptive innovations, competitions, government policy shifts, and other externalizations and effectively utilize them toward corporate progressions.
    • Grow customers’ base (numbers), sales turnover and gross profit within the first 3 months of being hired.
    • Drive branch heads to achieve company's sales target and ensures that they achieve (exceed) their respective branch targets.
    • Create and sustain marketing and sales momentum across board. The GHSM is responsible for inciting and inflaming sales drives in all the sales teams at head office and branches.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Analytical Skills and Sales Management experience.
    • Account Management and Team Management Experience.
    • Proven track record of driving and maintaining sales growth.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
    • Experience in the building and construction industry is a plus.
    • Close proximity to the office is an added advantage (Should reside within and around Isolo/Oshodi LGA)
