Who You Are
A seasoned leader with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing solar projects from conception to completion. Emerging market experience (like Africa) is a plus.
Deep understanding of solar technology, project financing, risk management, and the Nigerian regulatory framework for renewable energy projects.
Possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire a team, build strong relationships, and influence key stakeholders.
Demonstrate a strategic and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; a master’s degree in a relevant field is a strong asset.
