Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Quality Control Department. 
• The ideal candidate, preferably an experienced lady, will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of ensuring product excellence, particularly in a biscuit production company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise quality control staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a quality control role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in a biscuit production company.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Relevant certifications in quality control or related fields are a plus.
