Head of Programs at Coinbox Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Serve as the chief architect for our programs, translating our mission intactionable, high-impact social interventions.
• Program Design & Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring they are innovative, scalable, and fully aligned with our core values.
• MEAL Frameworks: Establish and oversee rigorous Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems tmeasure social impact and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance team of Program Managers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Resource Management: Manage comprehensive budgets for large-scale interventions, ensuring transparency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational sustainability.
• Risk & Compliance: Conduct rigorous risk assessments tsafeguard our assets and the vulnerable populations we serve, ensuring full adherence tlocal and international regulations.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and cross-functional teams (including Communications and Finance) tensure cohesive delivery and compelling storytelling of our field impact.

Required minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management or a related social sector field.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, coaching staff, and managing high-performance environments.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in designing MEL frameworks, drafting technical proposals/grant applications, and managing large, complex project budgets.
