Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance team of Program Managers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Resource Management: Manage comprehensive budgets for large-scale interventions, ensuring transparency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational sustainability.
Risk & Compliance: Conduct rigorous risk assessments tsafeguard our assets and the vulnerable populations we serve, ensuring full adherence tlocal and international regulations.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and cross-functional teams (including Communications and Finance) tensure cohesive delivery and compelling storytelling of our field impact.
Required minimum Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management or a related social sector field.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, coaching staff, and managing high-performance environments.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in designing MEL frameworks, drafting technical proposals/grant applications, and managing large, complex project budgets.
Skills:
Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Advanced project management capabilities, with the ability thandle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with a flair for creating persuasive reports and narratives.
