Head of Pastoral at Binary Consulting Limited

Binary Consulting Limited is seeking to fill the role of HEAD OF PASTORAL on behalf of our client (a co-educational international boarding school delivering British and Nigerian curriculum as well as providing a wide range of extracurricular activities) located in the South - West Region of Nigeria.

The Head of Pastoral shall:

• Efficiently manage the staffing, organization, and resources of the non-academic programme.
• Ensure that there is a full and varied programme of activities beyond the classroom that meets the needs of each student; and
• Provide for the safety, welfare, good discipline, and pastoral well-being of all students in the school.

Qualification / Experience

• A graduate with a recognized teaching qualification (Preferably a female)
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience of managing a team of staff in a senior pastoral role.
• Boarding house and extra-curricular management experiences are additional advantages
• Must have evidence of ongoing professional development related to pastoral care.
