Job Summary

• As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
• You will drive operational excellence by developing strategies, leveraging data analytics, managing cross-functional projects, and building a high-performance culture that supports business growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across storage, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies, processes, and KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Apply data analytics to measure performance, forecast demand, and guide decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA / professional certification is an advantage).
• Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in data analysis, project management, and operational strategy.

Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 Gross / Month plus Transport / Data Allowance plus Statutory Benefits (after confirmation).
