Job Summary

As the Head of Operations, you'll spearhead operational strategy and execution to propel our company's growth. Leveraging your leadership prowess and operational expertise, you'll optimize processes, integrate transformative tech solutions, and foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize strategic plans enabling long-term vision and objectives and streamline operations through best practices, automation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with tech teams to enhance capabilities through system integrations
• Provide visionary leadership cultivating innovation and operational excellence and establish KPIs, analyze metrics, and drive performance accountability
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contract adherence and cost-effectiveness and maintain robust governance frameworks aligned with industry standards

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Business, Finance or related field; MBA/advanced degree an asset
• 7-10+ years of progressive fin-tech operations leadership with exemplary achievements
• Comprehensive expertise in financial services trends, regulations and best practices
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data and deliver strategic insights
