Head of Operations at New Dawn Microfinance Bank Ltd

The Head of Operations will oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of the Microfinance Bank (MFB). This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader with a deep understanding of microfinance operations and a proven track record in optimizing business processes.

• Strong understanding of microfinance regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Proven work experience as Head of Operation or Finance Manager
• Evidence of Microfinance Certification Program (MCP/ MCIB) will be an added advantage
• Qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN) – ACA with proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations; will be an added advantage
