Our client, a professionally-run premium catering and cleaning services company with major institutional clients located in Gusau, Zamfara State, is seeking a highly experienced, disciplined and result-oriented professional to grow with it as Head of Operations (Catering & Cleaning).

Job Description [in Summary]

• Lead and oversee premium catering, hospitality and cleaning operations in line with the client\'s catering and cleaning needs and ensure exceptional quality, hygiene and presentation.
• Coordinate catering services for executive meetings, state banquets, official functions and VIP guests while enforcing strict food safety standards.
• Supervise, train and motivate catering and cleaning teams to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, discipline and excellent service delivery.
• Manage facility maintenance, inventory, procurement, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• Liaise with top-level officials and security operative to ensure seamless operations and full compliance with security and protocol requirements.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, etc.
• Minimum of five years\' experience in hospitality, facility management or Quick Service Restaurant operations, including at least two years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience managing operations in a government facility, three-star hotel, diplomatic mission or other high-profile environment.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, industrial cleaning standards, inventory management, budgeting, manpower planning and quality assurance.
