    Head of Marketing

    About the job

    • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring brand consistency and market positioning. 
    • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. 
    • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to maintain a strong, consistent brand image. 
    • Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire and engage new customers through various channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and advertising. 
    • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, staying informed about industry trends and customer preferences. 
    • Campaign Development: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring and optimizing their performance. 
    • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences. 
    • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. 
    • Analytics and KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to measure the success of marketing efforts, providing regular reports to the executive team. 
    • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts. 
    • Public Relations: Manage public relations and media relations activities, cultivating positive relationships with media outlets and stakeholders. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
    • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies. 
    • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
