Job Description

• Our Client is looking to hire an experienced Head of Marketing to join her dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company’s brand to generate business.
• He/She will be charged with developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the company's brand message.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
• Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
• Update knowledge in sales and related legal documentation.
• Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Design / draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
• Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 4 Years cognate experience on similar role.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in Marketing.
