Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to urgently engage the services of an experienced individual who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department to ensure efficiency in business processes and overall organizational growth.

The Profile

• First Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or any computer-related courses. MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years valid experience in a managerial role in a Contact Center Solution / IT Solutions Company. Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing firm is an added advantage.
• Must be able to develop long and short-range plans for the design, installation and maintenance of network equipment, policies and practices, to meet the technology needs of the company.
• Must be able to analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, as well as provide training for junior staff.
• Must be able to prepare documentations such as network configurations and procedures, reports, memos, etc.
• Excellent Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills.
