Our client is seeking to urgently engage the services of an experienced individual who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department to ensure efficiency in business processes and overall organizational growth.
The Profile
First Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or any computer-related courses. MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years valid experience in a managerial role in a Contact Center Solution / IT Solutions Company. Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing firm is an added advantage.
Must be able to develop long and short-range plans for the design, installation and maintenance of network equipment, policies and practices, to meet the technology needs of the company.
Must be able to analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, as well as provide training for junior staff.
Must be able to prepare documentations such as network configurations and procedures, reports, memos, etc.
Excellent Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills.
