• The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) is looking for an experienced Head of Internal Audit to lead and manage our risk-based internal audit function. This role ensures compliance with laws and regulations, assesses risk management processes, and enhances governance practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal audit standards, procedures, and methodologies. 
• Provide an annual assessment of LSETF’s risk management, governance, and control processes. 
• Execute a flexible, risk-based annual audit plan, approved by the Board Audit & Risk Committee. 
• Report on significant audit findings and recommend process improvements. 
• Lead investigations, drive the whistleblowing policy, and provide disciplinary reports. 
• Keep the Audit Committee informed on emerging trends and best practices in internal auditing.
