You will be required to liaise with immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.
You will find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the the business & customer base.
You will be responsible for creating and executing high-growth marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
University Degree in a Business related field. An advanced degree will be an added advantage.
Must be a high-performing individual with a visible growth record and 5-8 years experience in leading a team of mid-level experienced staff.
Applicants must have experience in the Microfinance and fintech industry.
High level of skill and experience being involved in the delivery & success metrics of driving digital SME, Consumer Apps into the Nigerian market
Understanding of payments / cards landscape
Understanding of digital marketing, ROI, CPA,CAC, CPL and digital business growth metrics
Experience in either bank or specific digital / transformation channels within large banks
Innate understanding of the banking & regulatory environment in Nigeria
