    Head of Growth

    Who we are looking for.

    • The Head of Growth will play a central role in steering our company's sales endeavors.
    • Responsibilities will include formulating and executing robust sales strategies, supervising a dynamic team, and fostering collaborative relationships to drive revenue growth and attain ambitious targets.
    • This leadership position will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our sales operations, ensuring alignment with regional trends, industry dynamics, and overarching business objectives.

    • Innovative problem solver with excellent digital marketing skills to leverage modern tools and platforms for sales enhancement.

    You will

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Develop and manage a team of Sales Managers, Operations Managers and agents across Nigeria
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
    • Support the growth of existing and new accounts through strategic partnerships
    • Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives
    • Coordinate the daily activities of the Sales and Business Operations teams to achieve growth and hit monthly sales targets
    • Provide guidance in designing sales and marketing material
    • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
    • Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team KPIs
    • Onboard at least 20 new customers generating at least N1bn in monthly gross transaction value (GTV) at a 10% take rate by December 2024.
    • Ramp up trip volumes with existing customers to up to NGN1.5 billion in monthly GTV by
    • September 2024 and N3 billion on monthly GTV by December 2024.
    • Maintain a minimum 10% blended net take rate monthly. Ensure Kobo’s pricing remains competitive in Nigeria to drive more volumes on Kobo’s platform.

    We're looking for someone who has

    • Minimum of 8 Years of experience leading sales and client relationship teams
    • Experience within the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
    • Demonstrate track record of achievement of performance management improvement and
    • delivery at a senior management level.
    • Have excellent digital marketing skills
    • Must reside in Lagos and be willing to travel 40% of the time
