Head of Finance at Pufferfish Technology Limited

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team. As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Additionally, you will lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments to drive strategic financial initiatives. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial aspects of our operations, providing strategic guidance to ensure financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.
• Lead financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work cross functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
