Job Description

• The Head of Events at Windsor Gallery will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including exhibitions, openings, private viewings, and other gallery-related functions.
• This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure all events are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Coordinate with artists, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure event success.
• Oversee event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and within budget.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staffing.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Evaluate event outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, patrons, and media.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within the art industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
