    Head of Enforcement and Surveillance (Military Background)

    Description 

    • As the Head of Enforcement and Surveillance with a military background, your role is pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of your organization's operations.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for enforcement and surveillance activities to align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of enforcement and surveillance personnel, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and motivated to carry out their duties effectively.
    • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day enforcement and surveillance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
    • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
    • Intelligence Gathering: Coordinate intelligence gathering efforts to gather information on potential threats, including monitoring of communications, surveillance activities, and intelligence analysis.
    • Investigations: Lead or oversee investigations into security breaches, incidents, or suspicious activities, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
    • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments or external agencies involved in security and enforcement activities, such as law enforcement agencies, intelligence agencies, or regulatory bodies.
    • Technology Integration: Stay abreast of technological advancements in surveillance and enforcement tools and techniques, and oversee the integration of new technologies into operations where appropriate.
    • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for enforcement and surveillance personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on enforcement and surveillance activities, including analysis of trends, incidents, and effectiveness of measures implemented.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing enforcement and surveillance activities.
    • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to respond effectively to emergencies or security incidents.
    • Budget Management: Manage the budget for enforcement and surveillance activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
    • Public Relations: Represent the organization in interactions with external stakeholders, media, or the public regarding enforcement and surveillance matters.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve enforcement and surveillance processes, procedures, and technologies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 7 years work experience.
