Head of Digital Lending at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement comprehensive lending strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring set targets for our Embedded lending products (BNPL, nano loans, and merchant lending) are met.
• Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance standards across all lending activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading lending portfolios, with a strong focus on embedded finance, nano loan, and merchant lending solutions. Experience selling BNPL products will be a great advantage.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale partnerships and executing growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
