Head of Commercial (Sales & Marketing) at Stransact Chartered Accountants

Stransact Talent Vault, on behalf of its client - a fast-growing Nigerian beverage manufacturer - invites application for an executive role at the heart of an ambitious corporate transformation: taking a founder-run business to an institution capable of standing before public-market scrutiny.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Commercial owns the revenue line end to end - sales strategy, route-to-market, pricing governance, brand health and the distributor network - across a portfolio spanning water, soft beverages and spirits. In a category where the flagship product is alcohol, every naira of growth must be earned inside the regulatory perimeter.

You will need

• A B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field;
• At least seven years in FMCG sales and marketing, three of them managing field teams; and a proven record of revenue delivery, distributor network development and successful product launches.
• Beverage or alcohol-channel experience is a strong advantage.
