Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Headmistress to lead our school’s academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator and a capable leader with a strong background in curriculum development, staff management, and school governance.

• Lead curriculum planning, development, and assessment across all levels.
• Promote innovation and best practices in education.

Staff Development:

• Mentor, train, and evaluate teachers and staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous professional development.
• Lead performance appraisal processes and recommend training or improvements.

Only applicants residing close to Hallelujah Estate or nearby areas such as Rinsayo, Dada Estate, Capital, Tinumola, Dele Yes Sir, Ofatedo, and Adetunji will be considered.
