Head, Marketing and Communications at Levitikal Group

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development & execution of effective communication and brand building programs to ensure increased market share and brand equity
• Implement marketing strategies and plans for the achievement of sales and profit targets as specified in the annual estimate
• Coordinate the development and execution of the company's corporate social responsibility strategies 
• Maintain regular contact with technical partners to ensure that the company is fully abreast of global marketing developments 
• Formulate and constantly review and advise on product portfolio to ensure brand profitability
• Control and monitor the effective utilization of marketing budget
• Determine clients’ existing needs 
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements

• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field; relevant certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' demonstrable marketing and leadership experience
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
