Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law LLB/LLM
• Minimum of 5 years with relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Responsible, detailoriented, wellorganized and with good communication skills
• Should have the ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/or situation and be able to provide sound solutions, with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights
• of the Organisation.

Job description:

• Lead and manage the Regulatory Compliance function
• Formulate and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws & regulations
• Prepare and implement annual compliance plan in reference to new regulatory changes, assess regulatory development and its impacts on businesses
• Provide training on general compliance
• Liaise with regulators to ensure statutory and head office compliance standards are met
• Identify weaknesses in relation to internal control and make recommendations for improvement
• Handle corporate selling process e.g. suitability, professional investors, promotion materials, etc.
• Participate in new product development
