Job Description

• The Head of Claims will be Responsible for managing VKA Claims department comprise of Examiners and Adjusters.
• He will ensure timely and proper disposition of claims in accordance with coverage amount and best practices. Ensures complete and sound claim settlement, Audit’s review and investigation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Also capable of resolving escalated issues arising from the operation and requiring coordination with other departments.
• The successful candidate is expected to have a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices, corporate governance and evidence a professional track record of claims management, able to make strategic decisions that affects the functional area of responsibility.
