Head Information Technology (IT) at a Foremost Hospitality Company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

• Formulate and execute comprehensive IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business goals
• Champion digital transformation initiatives across all business units and operational functions
• Provide strategic technology counsel to the executive leadership team and board of directors
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practices

Operational Excellence

• Oversee enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, and network architecture
• Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks, data protection protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
• Lead system integration projects, software implementations, and technology modernization initiatives
• Maintain business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk management strategies

Financial Management

• Develop and manage comprehensive IT budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts, technology partnerships, and service level agreements
• Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining service quality and performance standards

 Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple disciplines and locations
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional excellence
• Establish performance metrics, career development programs, and succession planning initiatives
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in information technology leadership roles
• At least 5 years in senior executive positions with direct reports and P&L responsibility
• Mandatory FMCG industry experience with demonstrated success in driving business growth through technology
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and enterprise-wide system implementations
