The Head of information technology will be responsible for leading the company’s information technology strategy, practices, project execution, and operations.
He will also focus on developing in-house skillsets and managing key vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive and implement the digital transformation agenda of the company.
Develop, document, review and implement all IT systems, policies, procedures and processes.
Ensuring 99.9% uptime and functionality of the Billing Server for an effective and easy payment by customer to increase the online payment and reduce manual payment and to enhance proper accounting recording.
Create and review IT risk framework to capture all risks that can impact IT service deliver
Ensuring the optimal functionality of the mail server for effective communication between S2S and S2C.
Ensuring smooth running and 100% uptime and functionality of radius server, for customers satisfaction and business reputation.
Ensuring the security of data, network access and backup systems.
Ensuring 100% functionality and effectiveness of all operational Apps for better performance and result-oriented processes.
Ensuring 100% functionality and effectiveness of the SIP solutions on the network for both customers and staff for smooth communication within the cloud.
Ensuring the effective running of ERP solution to capture all the various departments' functionality and smooth running of its processes.
Ensure effective running of all the hardware in the company.
Leading the Information Technology department effectively and efficiently for results.
Working with the IT Steering Committee on developing IT strategy and annual operational plan, ensuring synergy with organisational strategy and direction.
Leading the formulation, development, and implementation of the company’s IT policies and procedures in accordance with the IT strategy, organisational direction, and best practices.
Keep abreast of technology trends and discern which offer solid, appropriate, cost-effective IT solutions to the company.
Research hardware and software options as new needs arise, making business informed recommendations on purchases to the appropriate person(s)
Remain abreast of developments in computer hardware and software, and information technology to ensure appropriate application of IT within the company
Develop and manage the multi-year IT budget, ensuring expenditure does not exceed agreed levels.
Lead the negotiation and delivery of Service Level Agreements with external service providers and ensure that SLAs are achieved to a high standard, taking corrective action in line with agreed.
