About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Fryer Chef to lead our frying station and ensure all fried dishes are prepared to perfection.
• This role requires expertise in deep-frying techniques, oil management, and maintaining consistent quality, while supervising and training fryer station staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and cooking of all fried menu items to meet quality and portion standards.
• Maintain correct oil temperatures and manage oil quality through regular filtering and replacement.
• Train and supervise fryer station team members.
• Ensure food is cooked evenly, safely, and with minimal waste.
• Keep the fryer station clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor ingredient and supply levels, reporting shortages to management.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fryer Chef, Head Fryer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of frying techniques and oil management.
• Ability to lead a small team and work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
