Head Digital Lending at TeamAce Limited

Job Summary:

As our Head of Digital Lending, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and execution of the digital lending business. This includes driving digital innovation, enhancing the customer experience, expanding market share, and ensuring the growth of profitable digital lending products. The role requires a strong understanding of fintech, credit risk, data analytics, customer journey optimization, and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering on ambitious growth targets in the digital lending space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall digital lending strategy to meet business goals and objectives.
• Lead the digital lending team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and operations.
• Provide leadership in scaling digital lending products and platforms to enhance user    engagement, accessibility, and profitability.
• Ensure that digital lending products comply with all applicable regulations, including data privacy, consumer protection, and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital lending, fintech, or financial services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the digital lending ecosystem, including credit risk assessment, data analytics, lending platforms, and financial regulations.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling digital products and platforms.
