About the Job

• Managing and directing the financial institution towards its primary financial objectives.
• Advising the Board on the strategic direction of the bank
• Overseeing all operations and business activities in line with overall strategy and mission.
• Responsible for the overall implementation and management of bank objectives, policies.
• Regulatory requirements and addressing Bank strategic plans.
• Creating marketing report to the Board which will include the projections/targets of meeting the budgeted revenue/income from the various implementations that will be done.
• Build digital partnerships and develop a true digital eco-system via 3rd party API solutions
• Develop short and long-term digital banking plans, creating and driving strategies for mobile financial services/products that capitalize on business opportunities and delivers tangible results.
• Generate a pool of low-cost funds for the Bank through innovative solutions
• Position the Bank in a competitive frame with reference to Business Banking products among other Banks/ industry.
• Align the businesses internally (technology, product and operations) with a new way of thinking
• Identify, develop and deliver new revenue models.
