The job role is responsible for designing, implementing, marketing, and managing a comprehensive strategy to attract, retain, and grow the bank’s diaspora customer base.
This role ensures the bank delivers innovative, secure, and value-driven products and services tailored to the unique financial needs of Nigerians living abroad.
The primary objective is to grow the Bank’s foreign currency deposit liability.
Requirements:
Cognate 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role in diaspora, international, or retail banking.
Demonstrated experience in cross-border banking, remittances, or financial product development.
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (MBA or international certification is a plus).
Understanding of global financial regulations impacting diaspora banking (e.g., FATCA, GDPR.S, is an added advantage
