About the Role

As our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple high-profile clients. You'll lead campaign execution, mentor junior team members, and leverage advanced analytics to optimize performance and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Drive advanced SEO/SEM initiatives including technical SEO, link building, and search performance optimization
• Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community management across all major platforms
• Design and implement marketing automation workflows and sophisticated email marketing campaigns
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
• Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing
• Develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI
• Collaborate with creative, development, and AI teams to deliver integrated digital solutions
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable business impact
• Deep expertise in SEO/SEM with demonstrable results in search rankings and organic traffic growth
