Head, Consulting Services at a Business Advisory Firm

A tier two business advisory firm with an annual revenue target of US$5m and above that specializes in Best Practice Frameworks including Service Management, Business Analysis, IT Service Management and Project Management, located in Lagos, with oversight for the African region, is looking for qualified people to occupy the following position:

Head, Consulting Services:

As Head, Consulting, you are accountable for all consulting assignments, in addition to sourcing for new ones with demonstrable experience achieving a revenue target of US$2m and above in IT and professional services solutions.

Requirements:

Education, Qualification and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in numerate sciences including computer sciences, business administration, accounting, economics, etc
• Master’s degree in any business-related field is an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in five or more of the following domains/practices:

• Business Advisory
• Service Management
• Business Continuity
• Information Security
• Project Management
• Business Analysis
• Enterprise Architecture
• ISO Standards and other best practice frameworks

• Ability to conduct training in three of these domains is also mandatory

Skills, Experience and Attributes

You need 5 to 10 years experience (either as a leader or team member) and also require:

• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Communication (both oral and written) skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Problem-solving and strategic planning ability;
• Excellent quantitative and analytical reasoning
• Confidence, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure and challenges
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is vital
