    Head Commercial - Products & Revenue Operations

    • As Head of Commercial -Product Operations, you are responsible to play a vital role in driving Product growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies and operations.

    KPIs

    - Product Planning & Road Map

    - Supply Chain & Procurement

    - Product P& L

    - Vendor Relationship Management

    - Sales Growth

    - Budgeting

    - Business Intelligent & Data Analyst

    • Regulate and manage the P & L activities of running the categories while paying attention to the ROI
    • Monthly review of the category performance against Target
    • Strategize on ways to improve and develop the under-developed brands while expanding the already developed brands
    • Provide product trainings to sales-related channels, viz-a-viz: B2B, B2C, Retail stores, and other sales units.
    • Manage key brands amongst others.
    • Increases Sales and Revenue
    • Act in the capacity of a Business Development Management by developing New Brands
    • Develop and manage product Categories
    • Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
    • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
    • Create and present strategic insights for the Business unit to gain alignment of major initiatives at multiple levels of the organization
    • Maintain the P&L and develop annual and quarterly category strategic plans by conducting financial analysis of the business.
    • Manage the entire physical product lifecycle, from strategic activities to tactical implementation, including product portfolio idea generation.
    • Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category
    • Manage inventory and effectively planning and forecasting in order to maximize the profitability of the inventory flow. Balancing projected forecasts and actual sales.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
    • Deliver Month on Month sales growth for the Company in line with agreed Budgets and strategy.

    Competencies

    • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and business development into ICT markets.
    • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of commercial operations and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
    • Experience in working successfully in driving customer solutions through diverse sales channels.
    • Experience of successfully leading sales strategies for both distribution and OEM customers
    • Familiarity with pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management.
    • Experience with commercial processes, tools, and systems.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire others
    • Team player and ability to engage with all levels of people both internally and externally.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
