Head Chef at The Citron Hotel

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at The Citron Hotel located in Ibadan.
• The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food preparation, and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• The Head Chef will also be in charge of kitchen staff training, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation expertise
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices
• Creativity and the ability to innovate in menu development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a hotel or similar establishment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
